Bringing a passion for technology, quality design, and the environment to every building and interiors project, Jordan's design ethic is modelled on the most quintessential of today's architects. Creating well-functioning spaces that achieve the best environmental and user outcomes is an integral part of his design process from conceptualisation to realisation.

A discerning eye for detail, the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, and a strong desire to deliver outstanding results is manifested in years of high-level academic achievement.

​

He is a dedicated and quick learner, especially in areas involving technology. Jordan also has developed excellent mentoring and teamwork skills, and has a strong desire to continue to learn from others.

Experience

Study | TAFE Queensland | 2017-19

Completed studies for a Dual Diploma in Building Design and Interior Design and Decoration at the South Bank campus of TAFE Queensland Brisbane.

Projects have been completed using Revit, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, Lumion, and Maxwell, and have consistently demonstrated a commitment to quality in design and presentation.

Revit Tutoring | 2019

Tutored fellow students in using Revit efficiently and effectively to complete their own projects.

Employment | CP Architect | 2017-18

Worked for a small-scale architecture firm, modelling projects, documenting, detailing, conducting site measure-ups, designing concepts, attending client meetings, and designing a website.

​

Graphics | Mansfield State High School | 2012-16

Studied Graphics throughout high school, focusing on Built Environment Design, Industrial Design, and Graphic Design.

​

      Built Environment Design: Created folios for hypothetical clients, addressing their brief and focusing on a variety of design factors. Modelled ideas in SketchUp and produced floor plans, renders, and walkthroughs in Autodesk Revit.

​

      Industrial Design: Created folios for hypothetical clients, addressing various design factors. Produced 3D models, renders, and working drawings in Autodesk Inventor.

Mathematics, Physics, and English Tutoring | 2017

Tutored students in Mathematics, Physics, and English as part of the SMAAT Tutoring Program at Mansfield State High School and privately.

Music Tutoring | 2012-17

Taught Piano, Theory of Music, and Percussion to students for Accolade Music, privately, and as a substitute teacher.

Received a $5 000 scholarship for demonstrating significantly high levels of achievement.

Awarded an Overall Position (OP) of 1, in addition to 1s in all Field Positions (FPs), namely: extended written expression, short written communication, both basic and complex numeracy, and practical performance.

Second-highest achieving student in the Mansfield State High School Graphics cohort; studied Built Environment Design, Industrial Design, and Graphic Design.

Recipient of an Academic Excellence award from Mansfield State High School, for outstanding academic achievement.

Microsoft Office Specialist State Finals | Microsoft Office World Champion | 2013

State finalist in the Microsoft Office Specialist competition. Certified Microsoft Office Specialist for Office PowerPoint® 2010, Office PowerPoint® 2013, and Office Word® 2010.
