Located in Toowoomba, and thus under the Toowoomba Regional Planning Scheme, this project involved researching legislative requirements in an area outside of the jurisdiction of the Brisbane City Plan 2014. Another focus of research was on portal frame construction, used in the shed.

Based on the aforementioned Planning Scheme's requirements and the Building Code of Australia, plans and details for the construction of the building, including an FRL 90/90/90 wall within 1.5 m of the boundary, were created. The office was also fitted out with consideration to occupant comfort and health and to sustainability.
